These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Outsoci ("Outsoci", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Outsoci is a lead-generation tool that searches publicly available sources and returns contact information matching your queries. We provide the results on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or deliverability of any contact.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• use the data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction;
• honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests, and maintain a lawful basis for contacting any lead;
• not resell or redistribute raw data in violation of source terms;
• not use the service to harass, defraud, or send unlawful communications.

You are solely responsible for how you use exported data.

3. Accounts & credits

Paid plans and one-time credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Credits are consumed as described in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; one-time credit packs do not expire. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outsoci is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use data obtained through the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email support@outsoci.com.
